Pole Fit Angels was launched in 2011 at the bottom of Louise’s garden. little did she know just how popular it would be.
Since starting Pole fit has had a couple of different homes but is now at Hammonds Green Farm in Framfield. This purpose built studio is home to 6 competition poles, aerial hoop and just lately we have introduced Lyra pole. We also offer 9 different types of massage from our treatment room.
We cater from beginner to elite students in our friendly little studio.
We also have pole fit angels in Haywards heath at Claire Hall where Fleur teaches from beginner to advanced students.
You can choose to join one of our group classes, have 1:1 lessons or create a little party for you and your friends.
At Pole fit angels we like to give you something to work towards. We work alongside one of the best pole fitness photographers in the country so you can document your progression and have some beautiful photos to show for it.
We also put on shows every year, which is a great way to show your friends and family just what you have learnt.
Louise has been doing pole for fitness since 2004. Louise was very sceptical to start after her sister booked her a hen pole party and she refused to attend as the thought of wearing shorts scared her! After joining a class in her local gym she was hooked. When she started it was very hard to find instructors so she decided to teach pole along side her massage and personal training business. The pole fitness side was so popular that it literally took over everything.
‘The best thing about my job is seeing people progress and get more confident, i have witnessed people with no body confidence get up on stage and perform in front of 300 people and it makes me so proud’
Louise teaches from beginner to elite students and teaches many different instructors from other schools. In the early days Louise used to do competitions but competing and being able to be there 100% for her students was not easy so she chose to concentrate on the studio instead of the competition circuit. However she loves nothing better than to get up on stage so she makes sure that every one has the chance to do so without the stress of the competition!
Louise Teaches at Framfield.
Fleur started her pole fitness journey in 2011 with Louise. Fleur has the most amazing energy and you cant help but feel amazing when you are around her. She is a ball 9of energy who is continually developing her craft and her education.
Fleur teaches at Claire hall in Haywards Heath as well as in her beautuiful home studio in Shoreham by Sea.
Fleur is also a personal trainer and runs fitness retreats and can be found at ‘The Gym’ in Hove. She also runs Moxie personal training.
Nanette came to pole fit to just do circuit classes. the thought of doing pole was pretty far from her mind.
When she started she was unable to do a sit up. Nanette took the scary step to start pole and loved it. It helped to develop her strength and confidence.
Nanette started to help Louise in classes for 2 years before she took her pole fitness teacher training and now is a firm favourite in the beginners classes. She is super supportive of everyone and you can always hear her whooping the loudest one someone manages to master that nemesis move.
You can find Nanette teaching in Framfield
No not at all, pole fitness will make you strong, it is hard but no matter whet your fitness is you can join us.
a sense of humour firstly! water is a good idea, make sure you are not wearing any Jewelery. No body moisturiser as it will make you slip. Pole fitness is done in bear feet, to start you can wear loose trackies and a vest top, as you get more advanced you will need more skin to stick to the pole so shorts are advised.
No we do not, you are more than welcome to join one of our classes as a non member and pay the £12 drop in fee, but i am afraid we do not offer free sessions.
absolutely not!! pole fitness is for all different shapes and sizes
No not in a group class. If you have booked a private you can bring anyone you like but for group classes there are no spectators
if you have no childcare well behaved children can accompany you, however they are your responsibility and are not permitted on the poles or to walk around during the class as they could get hurt by flying limbs.
Yes!!!! but as the skin conditions the bruising becomes less and less.
everyone is different, that is what i love about pole, however before we will let you invert we have to know you are safe so there are quite a few things we like you to do first. Pole fitness takes about 4-6 weeks for you to see any type of progression so it is advisable that when you start you purchase a 4 class pass just so you can get the most out of it. the drop out rate is high as it is not as easy as it looks. However if you stick with it you will be amazed just how quickly your strength grows
At pole fit personal training we also offer body blast circuits. Not just Pole here, we’re personal trainers to! Classes are £5 and can be booked via the bookings page
Pole fit personal training may be best known for pole fitness however Louise started out as a personal trainer and it is still very close to her heart. Finding the best way to get the most out of clients seems to be 30 min sessions. Most people can commit to 30mins a day and at £15 it is affordable
We have 3 basic memberships available at pole fit, however we can tailor any membership to suit your needs! All memberships are billed per calendar month and require 30 days to cancel
Pole Fit Treatment Room
Indian Head Massage has been practised in India for over 1000 years. Traditionally the techniques were restricted to the head and hair, to improve scalp and hair condition of Indian women. Nowadays a system incorporating the upper back, shoulders, neck, upper arms and face, has evolved (developed by Norendra Mehta) in the belief that these are important energy centres in the body and by treating these the whole body can benefit.

Tui Na treats chronic pain, especially that caused by muscle-skeletal conditions and injuries. Neck, shoulder and back pain and immobility, sciatica and ‘tennis elbow’ all respond very well. The Chinese believe that health and vitality depend on Qi balance in the body. Tui Na is one of the best ways of achieving this and it uses an array of techniques to do it. When Qi flow is disturbed anywhere in the body, Qi imbalance that results can cause pain, stiffness, sickness – even emotional pain.

As individual as you are, holistic massage will leave you feeling supremely relaxed, revitalised and restored. Our holistic massages treat the whole person, meaning no massage is ever the same.

The prime purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries and lesions occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively. Above all, it can help prevent those niggling injuries that so often get in the way of performance and achievement, whether one is an athlete, ardent keep-fitter or a once a week jogger.
This treatment is not just for the sports person: anyone can benefit from sports massage, including people in physically demanding jobs and those not quite so obvious (occupational, emotional and postural stress may produce many similar characteristics to sports injuries).

Remedial massage is one of the most effective and readily available ways to prevent and treat muscle injuries, pain and soreness. Treatment employs massage techniques designed to treat both deep and superficial tissues, not dissimilar to those used in sports massage. The remedial massage therapist uses skilled manipulation combined with in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology to bring about pain relief, correcting and normalising the body’s muscles and soft tissues..

A massage technique that includes effleurage, pétrissage, friction, vibration, and tapotement. Swedish massage is intended to improve circulation and tissue elasticity while reducing muscle tone and creating a parasympathetic response.
Balinese massage is a full-body, deep-tissue, holistic treatment. Balinese massage uses a combination of gentle stretches and acupressure, to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and “qi” (energy) around your body, and bring a sense of wellbeing, calm and deep relaxation. Balinese massage uses a variety of techniques including skin rolling, kneading and stroking, and pressure-point stimulation, combined with the aromas of essential oils.
Balinese massage is a good treatment to choose if you want to experience a variety of massage techniques, need some help to relax, or if you’re feeling a bit low. A relaxation massage with attitude, this treatment will help you feel calm, but it will boost your circulation and target knotted tissue to address physical issues as well.
